T.O.S. | Mega's commissions

Before commissioning me please read this in its entirety. By commissioning me, you have acknowledged that you have read and are in compliance with these terms of service.

Rules

I require a clear visual digital reference in order to work.
If the character design/proposed concept is very complex the final price can increase. The minimal increase is 5$. The client will be informed about any increase from the base price before the invoice is sent out.
Once the work is completed, any refund requests will be declined.
In the case that the client wants a refund or I have to cancel the commission before it is done, the refund will be inverse proportional to the work done (i.e if the piece is 75% done, 25% of the money will be returned).
I am a full-time university student, so the commission work might slow down. The client will be notified about all changes accordingly.
The client can ask for a W.I.P. screenshot at any moment
Every commissioned piece done by me is strictly for personal use. For further permissions, please ask me.
Do not crop out my watermark.
I retain every right to the finished piece, meaning I can put it in my galleries, portfolios, use it to advertise my social medias and work etc.
The client is welcome to share the finished piece and any of the WIP screenshots on their social media profiles, as long as they credit me properly.

Payment

All payments are done through PayPal invoices.

Once the final price is calculated, please note me your Paypal address, so that I can send you the invoice.

If you cannot pay the invoice immediately(or in a timely fashion), please let me know. Otherwise, the commission will be cancelled.

Partial payments are available for orders above 100$.
